"As we approach the end of our building project, just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the job yourself, Del and the team have done. After what was quite a difficult beginning with the original renovation planned, the demolition and planning for this build, we are delighted with how the project went, and so happy with the look and feel of the completed apartments.
It was always a bit daunting being out of town, but your management of the project and clear communication really helped us work our way through anything that has arisen. We really valued your recommendations if we had options as things arose or changed, and everything went very smoothly.
We were also pleased with how well costs were managed, with the variations only being for items that couldn’t be foreseen, or when we chose to put in additional items to improve the finish. Overall considering the scope of the project, variations were only minor and did not cause us any concern.
It was always great to visit and see progress, and yourself, Del and all the staff were very accommodating when we did come for a look around or to discuss progress. There were no major delays and we are pretty excited to now have these listed for rental.
Thanks so much for working alongside us and keeping us so well involved and informed. The final outcome is so much better than we could have originally anticipated, and you being with us through the whole process has been a great support and gave us comfort knowing the project was in good hands.
