New Build

This home was built for the sun in a new but well-established subdivision in Mosgiel.  The exterior is well finished with plaster and linea weatherboards with a concrete patio sun trap.  Having a real understanding of what the client wants is crucial for us.  Whether it is the kitchen layout, bathroom chattels, or how they want the kids’ rooms styled, having regular discussions and open communication helped achieve our clients’ dreams.
